At Defined BTQ, we strive to provide a smooth and convenient shopping experience! Whether you're shopping online, picking up in-store, or arranging local delivery, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Our business days are Wednesday through Sunday. Orders placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, or outside operating hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing times do not include carrier transit times.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.

Delivery Times & Delays

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Defined BTQ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Delivery – Uber Courier

Want your order delivered locally? Defined BTQ allows customers to arrange their own Uber Courier pickup for added convenience!

How It Works

1. Place Your Order: Shop online and select "Pickup" at checkout.
2. Wait for Confirmation: You must receive a "Ready for Pickup" email or text before scheduling your courier.
3. Book Your Courier: Open the Uber app and select the available courier/package delivery option.
4. Enter Pickup Location: Defined BTQ, 5559 Colerain Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45239.
5. Enter Delivery Address: Provide your desired delivery destination.
6. Notify Our Team: Call or text 513-293-3239 with your order number, courier details, and estimated arrival time.
7. Driver Arrival: Have your courier enter the building and proceed to the first suite on the right to collect your order.

Important Uber Courier Guidelines

• Customers are responsible for scheduling and paying for their Uber Courier service.
• Orders must be confirmed ready before a courier is dispatched.
• Courier pickups must occur during our designated business hours.
• Defined BTQ is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by third-party couriers, subject to applicable law.
• Please ensure your courier has the correct pickup details.

Same-Day Pickup

Orders placed during business hours are eligible for same-day pickup, subject to order readiness. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before arriving.

After-Hours Orders

Orders placed after business hours or on closed days will be available for pickup the next business day, once you receive your pickup confirmation.

Pickup Deadline – 4 Business Days

All pickup orders must be collected within 4 business days of purchase.

Mondays and Tuesdays do not count toward the pickup deadline.

If your order is not collected within the required timeframe:

• Your items will be returned to inventory.
• You will receive 60% of your purchase amount as store credit.
• The remaining 40% will be retained as a restocking fee.
• No refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Need More Time?

If you're unable to pick up your order within the allotted timeframe, please contact us before the deadline. You may request to have your order shipped instead, subject to additional shipping fees and availability.
