Shipping 

Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Wednesday through Saturday. Orders placed outside of these days will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Delivery Times: Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS operations. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions.

Uber Pickup Instructions

1. Place Your Order:

Order online and select the “Pickup” option at checkout.

2. Wait for Confirmation:

Once you receive a “Pickup Ready” email or text, you’re ready to proceed.

3. Set Up Your Uber Courier:

Open the Uber app and select the Courier option.

Enter the store you placed your order at 5559 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45239 or 7610 Reading Rd STE 100 Cincinnati, OH 45237 as the pickup location.

Enter your address as the delivery destination.

4. Notify Us:

Call, text, or DM us at 513-293-3239 with the following details:

Type of Uber vehicle.

Estimated arrival time (ETA).

5. Arrival:

Let your drive know the can come in to obtain your order.

Pickup 

 Here’s what you need to know about picking up your items:

Pick-Up Hours: Wednesday-Thursday: 12-6PM, Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Same-Day Pick-Up: If you place your order during our business hours, you’re welcome to pick it up the same day within our operating hours.

After-Hours Orders: If you place your order after business hours, it will be available for pick-up the next business day during our regular hours.

Pick-Up Deadline: Please note that all orders must be picked up within four business days of your purchase. If not picked up, your order will be restocked, and you will be issued a 60% store credit.
